1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any mobile application, web application, or service operated by Relai Group, Inc., collectively referred to as the Applications, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue all use of the Applications immediately.
2. Use of Relai Services and Compartments
The Applications enable users to interact with Relai operated or Relai connected infrastructure, including secure compartments, storage systems, kiosks, and other physical or digital access points for temporary storage, exchange, delivery, or retrieval of items. Users must comply with all applicable laws and follow posted instructions when interacting with these services or Compartments.
3. Prohibited Uses and Items
Users are prohibited from using the Applications or Compartments to store or interact with perishable items unless permitted, illegal substances, hazardous materials, weapons or explosives, live animals, or any item that could cause harm, damage property, or support unlawful activity. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, and Relai may report such activity to authorities.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relai disclaims all liability for loss, damage, theft, or destruction of items placed in or retrieved from Compartments. Relai is not responsible for unauthorized access, indirect or consequential damages, or service interruptions caused by maintenance, upgrades, or events outside Company control.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Relai Applications and Compartments only for lawful and intended purposes, comply with operational policies, ensure items meet all requirements, avoid damage or interference with infrastructure, and promptly report issues or unauthorized access. Failure to follow these requirements may result in loss of access or legal action.
6. Account Termination and Access Restrictions
Relai may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Applications at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, unlawful behavior, or interference with Relai operations.
7. Changes to Terms
Relai reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted through the Application or Relai website. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, or the applicable jurisdiction where Relai Group, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
