When storing, exchanging, retrieving, or interacting with items through a Relai Exchange Zone, whether accessed through a mobile device, web browser, or in person, you acknowledge that Relai is not responsible for the condition, legality, or safety of any items involved. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations, and for verifying that any exchanged or stored items are appropriate and lawful.
No Liability for Loss or Damage
Relai is not liable for any loss, theft, damage, delay, or injury resulting from the use of the Application or Exchange Zones. This includes but is not limited to damages caused by equipment failure, third-party misconduct, user negligence, software bugs, or unexpected technical issues. You agree that you are fully responsible for your interactions with the platform and for any outcomes that follow.

You agree to use Relai services and Exchange Zones responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with all applicable policies, terms, and guidelines. Relai is not responsible for physical harm or injury resulting from user actions, environmental conditions, or improper use of the compartments. Always follow in-app guidance and on-site instructions to ensure safe interaction.
